Yesterday, Today, Tommorrow

today, went out for mini outing with justin, ryan, leon, jonathan lim. Met at SK mrt interchange at 1.50pm. Took to city hall. Went to raffles city Mcdonalds. Ate and chatted for around half hour. After that we went to walk around raffles city.  Went to pennisula after that. Jonathan and Leon wanted to buy schoolbag. Didn't buy though. they didn't like the designs. Ard 4pm we went to square 2. Went to the 3rd level to explore all the korean stuffs there. Everyone bought a SNSD girls generation calender except for me. (I am not a fan though.) It costed $20 with a 50% sales discount. There were only 4 copies on the shelf and 1 used for display on the door. We asked the shopowner and she said there were no more stocks left. We went back to novena square after buying. We called Sherwin and tell him that we bought the calender. We said there was still one last copy used for display. Hm.. he say he tml then go buy ba. If it's fated, the last one will be his. After that went heeren to see bags again. Didn't buy due to not enough money at hand. After that everyone juz MRT-ed home.

Seriously getting more and more complaints/weird stuff. Got one customer order filet meal. She tell me she wanted the cheese seperated from the burger. Told Kitchen, luckily the auntie understands. Another customer, told me his double cheeseburger, cheese put half slice only. Told kitchen, the auntie can't understand, luckily my colleague go to kitchen and assemble the burger out instead. Order complete liao. 3 mins later, the customer come tell me inside his double cheeseburger there was no pickles. He show me his burger, i ask him check the top bun, it has pickles. So he returned back to his seat. Got another bunch of customers. Quite know how to joke huh. Order Mega Spicy Meal Upsize, then the guy tell me, my burger no pickles. Then his gf told him Mega Spicy doesn't have pickles. Oh god. Then the gf, order double cheeseburger a la carte upsize, omg. luckily later she tell me, oh sorry is double cheeseburger meal upsize. Soon the order was completed without anymore 'jokes'. Then ytd, i was given counter station (it doesn't changes for god's sake). Keyed in my ID. Don have any customers for that time being. Counter was ready to take orders anytime. Shortly after, a foriegn female customer complained to me. This is what she said:, "Your toilets are very dirty, and the flush is not working. And you mix the women and men toilet together. I don feel comfortable sharing a toilet with the other sex". And then she went shortly after without pursueing. Walao eh, i juz operate counter the 1st thing i got is a complain. Somemore it doesn't have anything to do with me. Toilet dirty? Tell me politely and i will tell the lobby crew to clean it immediately. Toilet Unisex? AM I THE ONE THAT DESIGNED THE TOILET? DOES MY FACE LOOK LIKE A RENOVATER TO YOU?  Oh god.. can i switch to kitchen instead?

I am sick of all these stupid games.

Working alot these dew days. I duno why but, everyday confirm got someone complain my service attitude bad or wrong order. That's on Saturdays and Sundays, where most people usually come though. Got 3 refunds on Saturday and 6 refunds on Sunday. And one stupid complaint about fries cold. Is this mac used for complaints? Since it is a street shop and not in a shopping mall so many people would not glare at them??  Or is it they really don't agree with some peoples' working style? Or the fault lies with me for not trying my best to serve special customers?

I feel that i am allgeric to humans sometime though.

guess my blog is like half dead.. like every wk or every 2 wks only one short post. haha

This is how the outing goes:

11am ~11.30am : Gather at hg mall kfc
11.30am ~ 12.30pm : Off to sentosa. Everyone was like playing soccer in the mrt LOL
12.30pm ~ 4.30pm : Swimming at the sea, passing the volleyball around each other in the sea, beach soccer, frisbee, beach volleyball.  ard 4.15pm rest and eat some potato chips and drink h2o.
4.30pm~5.30pm : Wash Up. Me, thomas, ryan, jarret and danial went to wash up first. Others came later.
5.30 pm ~ 7.30 pm : Went to downtown east
7.30pm ~ 8.30pm : Dinner at pastamania
8.30pm~ 9pm: Half of the gang leaved after dinner, left me, thomas, ryan, jarret, danial, justin, yongcheong. we went to take bus 3 back to punggol plaza.
9pm~10.30pm : Slacked outside punggol plaza
10.30pm : took bus 62 home with jarret and thomas

This was mainly what happened during the outing.

It was abit screwed up. Coz when dinner time we were supposed to go downtown east's halal steamboat restaurant. We got to know the restaurant at a blog site. But the blog site was updated during 2007. While when we reach downtown east we found out that the restaurant has closed due to poor business. Everyone was sad. So we went over to see Seoul Garden's rates. Almost everyone dun have enuff money. So juz head to pastamania to try their food instead. Hais, even the last outing with over 10 people has been screwed up. The next outing will be less than 10 pple coz majority going overseas. This is all wad i have to say.

December alrdy? wow 2009 really pass dam fast. getting nearer and nearer to christmas. woohoo, alot of celebrations haha. ok this is really my daily routine during this month.
